 Thanks @imath ! Attached patch:
 - moves left-arrow dashicon before the `Previous` text
 - changes `Previous` text in 2nd link to `Next`
 - adds `bp-tooltip` and `data-bp-tooltip` to provide context for sighted
 users

 This still needs additional styling for mobile view.
