 Current `.bp-cover-image-status p.warning` has a background-color of
 `#38a` and text color of `#fff` which has a contrast ratio of 4.01. To
 meet WCAG 2.0 standards, darken the shade of the background color to
 `#0b80a4` for a contrast ratio of 4.53.
