 Just took a quick look at the patch and I'm wondering why we have a
 separate template tag in Nouveau solely for the group creation tabs.

 Is there something wrong with the existing `bp_group_creation_tabs()`
 function?  If so, we should make that function better instead forking that
 code for Nouveau.
