 7188-black-tip.patch - has black background with black tip and white box-
 shadow a la http://codepen.io/dcavins/pen/rmJbbw

 In both patches - adjusted declarations for `widget.buddypress .item-
 avatar` -> link and images in order to allow for tooltips to show.
