 @tw2113 At this point, I think the time for adding a new `<span>` to style
 the first half of the `<div class="activity-header">` has passed IMHO. The
 only `<span>` that's currently in `bp-legacy` within div.activity-header
 has been updated in `bp-nouveau` with the semantic HTML5 `<time>` element.
