 Notes while I work;

 There's several different layouts, some of the more populated layouts to
 use when we decide on a standard;

 I found alot of articles reference other functions. It would be nice if
 those references were linked to actual codex pages.

 Any of the codex with 'Top' links seem to be sporadically broken as they
 have full links rather than just hash links and in some cases those links
 go to different pages rather than the current.
