 If the activity record has a long content, it will have a Read more link
 that upon click will expand and reveal the whole content.
 This link is ajaxified, but it doesn't have a blocker, that prevents
 multiple clicks and several requests sending and UI issue as well (see
 attached gif).

 Might be a good idea to block clicks after the 1st one until response is
 received and processed.
