 When trying to activate a pending sign-up for a user who did so before
 BuddyPress was active, the admin will be presented with a debug notice.

 This is because the `profile_field_ids` sign-up meta key is assumed to
 always exist, though it won't for sign-ups that weren't from BuddyPress's
 registration form.

 Patch imminent.
