 Regarding "Enable forum" comment: I don't believe that's true, because
 those blocks are wrapped inside pre-existing `bp_is_active( 'forums' )`
 checks. BuddyPress no longer has a "forums" component, but bbPress does
 register one called "forums", so it should only show up when bbPress is
 active.
