Comment:

 I asked @axelmire to open this ticket. The enhancement request is this: We
 allow activity to be queried `ASC` or `DESC`, but activity comments are
 always queried `ASC`. We should have a way for plugin authors to specify
 comment order, as it's not unreasonable to want them in descending
 chronological order.
