 @chavey8  There's not a lot to go on here in order to really help, you're
 probably best asking this on the support forum & supplying a little more
 detail and of course first making sure you've tested in a default WP theme
 with all plugins other than BP disabled.

 If we can then show a problem we can re-open this ticket to deal with it.
