 @hnla Per my check, our text color in Welcome Screen has sufficient color
 contrast with the gray background :)

 We have a problem with the color contrast of the BP notification bubble in
 wp-toolbar, but that's for another release as the replacement color which
 meets guidelines doesn't look as good.
