 When I attempt to upload an image "larger than 840px wide, and 225px
 tall", I often receive the following error message:

 “An error occurred. Please try again later.”

 I suspect that there is also a narrow upper size limit of the image that
 is allowable for the upload, but this is not explicitly stated in the
 error.  Is this a known issue?  Let me know if I can provide any further
 detail.  Thanks in advance.
