 Logout error 404 not found occur in our site when both plugin BuddyPress
 2.5.2 and rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress
 [https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-media/] 3.10.6 activated at the
 same time under default theme.

 We are running under latest wordpress version 4.5.2 plus Unyson 2.5.3 with
 nginx

 Logout problem resumed to normal when either one of them is deactivated.
