 Update Cover Image styles.
 Commit adjusts selectors for users cover image user name. Change selector
 target from descendent heading element (h2) to class name for greater
 specificity.

 This commit corrects issue after heading elements changed for group
 admin/mods lists causing cover image styling to be inherited for these
 elements instead of just for user nicenames.

 Commit also updates the styles for some general formatting.

 Fixes #7037
