 This was bumped because we weren't 100% confident in the localization
 friendliness of the new strings. I think the localization friendliness was
 about a neutral change when compared to the old strings, but we didn't
 have time to all feel good about it before beta. This should go in like
 this week, then we can tweak the strings as we learn more about how they
 fail/cause problems.
