Comment:

 We haven't been able to reproduce this problem in 2 years, and there's
 been no new comments in 15 months. It wouldn't surprise us to learn there
 could be cache issues, but we need more reports and hopefully more debug
 from someone who can recreate the problem before we can take things
 further.
