 Hello, old ticket!

 Some sort of "mute" function is something I think many of us would like to
 get built eventually. However, that'll *probably* work on a per-user
 basis, rather than a Group or Site Admin option, like what was suggested
 in the original ticket. RSS fed blogs being noisy on the activity stream
 is a genuine concern, but I think it's pretty niche problem.
