 Here comes step 3!

 In 6026.smaller-steps.03.patch:

 - I'm now using a mystery avatar as the default site's avatar. For now
 it's a SVG file, but i'm open to change it to whatever people like. So if
 anyone wants to contribute and design a great default avatar for sites,
 you're welcome!
 - I've added The Site Manage settings screen where the site admin can
 change the title, description, the "Public" property of his site (so it's
 now more easy to understand why Post types are not tracked), and
 Disable/enable site subscriptions.
 - Site admins can also manage their members, promote subscribers to
 contributor or demote contributors to subscribers, or remove members.

 - Members, depending on the availability of subscriptions (global settings
 + the one of the displayed blog) can subscribe to sites.

 What they get?

 They get a new Activity tab where they can follow the activity of their
 subscriptions for now. But i can imagine some future enhancements.

 I'm also adding some new tabs:
 - My sites into the Activity Directory
 - My Subscriptions into the Blogs Directory.
