Comment:

 As of BP 2.5 to present, I don't recall encountering "'''input names or
 ids''' that conflict with properties of a form, such as submit, length, or
 method" during first pass at our forms to check for accessibility.

 Will double-check in next round of a11y fixes in front- and back-end
 screens. Possibly already corrected between BP 1.5.5 and BP 2.5
