Comment:

 Since @djpaul moved up the require into `bp_version_updater()` i guess we
 should probably do something similar when components are
 deactivated/activated from the corresponding setting screen.

 This is a really annoying bug as i currently need to often deactivate
 components. So if no objections, i'll probably commit 7147.02.patch very
 soon.
