 RE: register post type only on root blog

 I am still thinking about if this should be done. There could be a problem
 where, if in a multisite environment, a secondary site calls
 `bp_send_email`, which would fail because the post type isn't registered.
 Since r10484 this would currently work because we `switch_to_blog` to
 fetch the data from the right tables.
