 Boom! `05.patch` fixes the wp-admin/extended profile issue.

 `06.patch` doesn't require the CSS hack.  It uses the CSS `visibility`
 declaration to fool plupload's shim calculation.

 I feel this is really a plupload / moxie shim calculation problem though.
