 @DJPaul The menu to launch the Email customizer wasn't the one i was
 thinking of actually :)

 But, i find it weird to have this Theme submenu into the Network Admin,
 while anyway the Email Post Type Administration screens are not (& i think
 they cannot be) inside the Network Administration.

 So i suggest to:
 - move the customizer menu on the root blog Administration,
 - make sure the Email post type is only registered for the Root blog,
 else, it displays the Email menu on each blog of the network

 This is what's in the 6592-register-post-type-on-rootblog-only.patch.
