 About
 > The Customizer link under the Appearance menu is found in the Network
 admin, while the email posts are managed on the Site level. Perhaps this
 could be reconsidered.

 On a multisite config, having BuddyPress activated on the network, every
 blog of the network has a new Emails menu. The root blog is listing the
 emails on the edit screen while all others are listing none.

 If it's not possible to have this menu at the network level, i think it's
 important only the root blog should have the Emails menu & interfaces.
