 The visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of
 at least 4.5:1 [https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/#visual-audio-contrast-
 contrast (Level AA)] ...

 Automated and manual checks revealed that certain font and background
 colors in `buddypress.css` or `buddypress-rtl.css`  which are used as base
 styles for all themes including the Twenty-* default themes, need to be
 corrected to pass color contrast ratio set in WCAG 2.0 AA standards.
