 Note: For [attachment:6825.1.diff] to pass in your local environment you
 will need to install the latest version of SCSS-Lint and remove the old
 Ruby gem:

 1. Run `gem uninstall scss-lint` and when prompted remove the executable
 as well by hitting `y`
 1. Install the latest Ruby gem by running `gem install scss_lint`
