 This is first pass for Groups Type taxonomy API, it's very similar to
 Member type API.

 * Introduces API `group_*_type()` functions.
 * New `groups_type_exists()` function, which makes it possible for
 `groups_set_type()` and `groups_remove_type` to accept string or array of
 types.
 * Introduces `group_type`, `group_type__in` and `group_type__not_in`
 arguments for `BP_Groups_Group::get()`.
