 The Avatar drag and drop element describes width and borders which exceed
 100%, patch adds box-sizing to the ruleset to contain the width in keeping
 with sibling elements.

 Vendor prefixes are intentionally left out, webkit drops support for
 prefix and FF handles the formal property going back far enough.

 Tested to not upset the avatar handling.

 Requires cross WP theme and browsers testing.
