 Thanks for the screenshots @imath :) Thank you all for your patience.

 Attached 6886.patch is the first pass at the 2.5 Welcome Screen. Also
 attached are the following screenshots for:
 - Full screen view of Welcome Screen
 - BP Email
 - Post type comments tracking
 - Twenty Twelve BP styles
 - Emoji support
 - Autolink settings.

 This layout also requires accompanying styles uploaded in #6826.
