Comment:

 Oh right, I forgot that WP had this built into options-general.php. That
 means (a) we don't have to invent a new interface, and (b) we can use
 their validation. Let's do it.

 [attachment:buddypress-15-07-24--10-25.zip] needs a refresh (and ideally
 to be regenerated from the buddypress directory) before it can be properly
 tested.
