Comment:

 Just tested, as expected it's no more centered either for browsers not
 supporting html5 uploads eg IE8.

 But the good new is apart from this alignment trouble, the fix (.05.patch
 & .06.patch) has no impact on Internet Explorer 8/10/11 :)
