 Following up from r10976:

 `.jshintrc` was added `.editorconfig` to be treated as the JSON file type
 and use spaces, not tabs for indentation, that said the `.jshintrc` wasn't
 actually updated to use spaces instead of tabs, this ticket fixes that.
