 I'd like to suggest a checkbox in the bp email post edit page, allowing a
 user to check and block the site from sending that particular
 notification.

 I wonder if I delete the email, that's enough. Otherwise, in case I don't
 want to delete a "core" email, I can just disable it.

 Feedback is much appreciated.
