 I'd like to suggest a "Send test email" button above the publish button in
 the publish metabox in the bp-email post type edit page.

 In communities where custom BP emails and templates for those emails are
 added, it will allow better testing, and confirmation from the users that
 everything is working correctly. Also it allows a final opportunity for
 email testing.

 I'd wish some feedback before going into code.
