 If I update a user profile, especially changing their email address I get
 the following error:

 I am on Wordpress v4.6 and Buddypress 2.6.2

 It looks like a test email setting is in place but I cannot find any
 settings to support this. It has appeared since updating to the latest
 Buddypress version

 Any help appreciated
