 `ray.02.patch` adds support for self-closing button elements (`<input>`,
 `<img>`) and URL-escaping for attributes with URLs in them (`src`, `href`,
 `formaction`).

 > @r-a-y Did you write tests to test the backward compatibility stuff? Or
 did you just check to see if existing buttons were rendering properly?

 At the moment, the latter and to test if existing unit tests broke or not.
