 We need to make the BP_button class a little more flexible and update and
 increase it's $args parameters while adding a couple of conditional blocks
 to build either opening/closing tags based on the arg  e.g `$element_type
 = 'button'`.

 Being able to specify in the args to use the button element or default to
 the existing anchor element wrapping the $content will be helpful in
 facilitating this ticket and it's requirements to be able to use the
 button element.
