 For the short description of
 `bp_activity_sent_reply_to_update_notification` and
 `bp_activity_sent_reply_to_reply_notification`, could we do something more
 general? The hook is not just for bp-notifications. Something like: "Fires
 at the point that notifications should be sent for activity comments."
 ("comments on activity replies" for the second filter)
