 @timersys Let's try to ship with 1 template for all emails, but allowing a
 drop-down box to pick alternative templates on a per-email basis (kind of
 like what you have in your plugin already).

 RE: screenshot - it was just a quick example to indicate placement in that
 post metabox. Put it where you see is best; worse case we'll move it
 later.
