 @DJPaul count me in! As commented on the email I sent you the other day,
 imo regular users will use only one template to wrap all the emails and
 there is no need really to give a different email template for every
 email.

 On [https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-templates/ my plugin] I use
 phpmailer because I found more reliable in order to send emails with html
 + tex plain all together. Check
