 Thank you for your feedback @imath, @DJPaul, and @boonebgorges :)

 Per comments above, attached is a new screenshot of the welcome screen
 incorporating your comments. Also attached are two improved graphics for
 the Member Type (added Required) and the Companion Stylesheets (where I
 removed an avatar). Will be uploading the graphics for the accessibility
 upgrade soon.
