 bp-legacy: Do not use `overflow: hidden` for `#item-header` DIV.

 Fixes a potential issue with truncated content.  To be extra safe, we're
 clearing the `#item-header` DIV after it is rendered with the `:after` CSS
 property.

 Fixes #6672.
