Comment:

 It is not a BuddyPress issue. Most probably it is your theme or a plugin
 issue. Try disabling all plugins except BuddyPress and see if it is
 happening.

 Your reset links are pointing to http://www.beautystrives.com/lost-
 password/ which is not the standard link. It is being filtered by your
 theme or another plugin.

 If disabling the plugins does not fix it, check with your theme author or
 visit your theme's settings to see if there is any option to
 enable/disable it.
