 We need to click on the postarea in order to make `Post Update` button
 appear. Honestly I think BuddyPress should make this button appear without
 clicking on postarea textbox.

 Unlike BuddyPress, Facebook and Twitter always showing up a 'Post' or
 'Tweet' button, we don't need to click on postarea
