 I noticed the "Repair" link doesn't work when clicked. See this screenshot
 for what I mean by the "Repair" link:

 My setup:

  - localhost
  - BP 2.4.0
  - WP 4.3.1
  - Path-based network
  - Network-wide activation
  - BP as root blog in main site.
