 Work over on the github branch is proceeding well; I have the basics
 hooked up end-to-end and it works. It's going to be a lot of work to
 migrate all BP emails to the new APIs, so i'm doing it one-by-one.
 Mountains are being moved for backwards compatibility. I am currently
 drafting code to "install" these emails on update, and once that's done,
 I'm going to finally review and integrate the work @timersys did his
 branch.

 @timersys I apologise for taking so long, but really looking forward to
 getting what you have merged in soon.
