 Yes. But I think the notifications currently group the same type of
 notification together (so it'd be "4 new messages" etc) which is probably
 why this goes to the page listing them all. I have seen discussions around
 the place where we want to change the behaviour of the notification items
 like this -- maybe someone will volunteer to take a look at it for 2.5 --
 I think this will have to wait until then.

 fourth bug report for BuddyPress! Thanks!)
