 Attached patch and screenshot - first pass Welcome Screen.
 * Featured revamped Avatar UI in conjunction with the new Attachments API
 * Used layout from previous welcome screen with some minor changes like
 removing extraneous horizontal lines and replacing dashicons for Member
 Types and Star Private Messages.
 * Updated Under the Hood section
 * Added links to BP assets at the end for user reference.
