 @r-a-y Thanks, this complements the inbox screen display so I'll patch and
 commit this shortly. What I did miss is we inherited the styles from the
 inbox re-factor, now we have the additional class for the notices screen
 table that was missing, it might be worth checking if we can reduce the
 selector sets specificy for these two screens working from just the common
 classes and individual ones.
